Scott Barker is an accomplished sport and organizational leader with over two decades of experience driving excellence in high-performance athletics, recreation, and education.
As the President of Game Time Sport & Leadership Consulting, he partners with community and amateur sport organizations to strengthen culture, elevate leadership, and deliver programs that achieve sustainable success both on and off the field.
His leadership journey includes more than a decade as Director of Athletics and Recreation at Ontario Tech University, where he provided oversight to a diverse, multi-disciplinary team and guided the growth of varsity and recreation programs across the institution.
He has also served as the President of Ontario University Athletics, representing and advancing university sport across the province, and as Assistant Head of Delegation and Operations Manager with Team Canada at the World University Games, contributing to the success of Canadian athletes on the international stage.
Holding a Master of Arts in Education and a Master’s in Higher Education Administration from Central Michigan University, as well as a Bachelor’s in Recreation and Leisure Studies from Brock University, Scott combines academic insight with hands-on experience to help organizations create environments where people thrive.
